This is even less likely to pass than the repel health care reform bill they'll be introducing. Health care was I think pretty much straight down party line, DADT repeal at least had some Republicans voting for it and it was passed while working with the Republicans during lame duck. A small number that voting no DADT repeal or abstained I think would actually vote no or abstain to repealing the DADT repeal as well now that the original repeal was passed. And of course, like all the other repeal bills they're introducing, they don't have the vote in Senate to pass it. Even if Senate were to pass it, they don't have the votes to override it in the House, never mind the Senate when the President veto it.
