i'm an 18 year old mtf. i've been on anti androgens since march. i started estrogen in august, so i've been on hrt almost a year now. i just want to know when some of you started noticing changes in body hair. i have some arm hair. it's not really abnormal female amount, because i've seen women with arms hairier or as hairy as mine. i have some covering my stomach, and then up to the chest area, but you can't really even see it unless you're looking right at it, plus i shave it, so it makes it less visible. i've also got hairy thighs. the bottom part of my leg isn't so bad, but i've been shaving that hair off for a while. last, i have hair on my buttocks and the very bottom of my back. i just wanted to know when your first signs of diminishing body hair came.

Fortunately I was virtually hairless, bar a scattering of dark hairs around my belly button.
Within a month of starting anti-androgens, these hairs started to change. Within 3 months, they were gone (i.e. they had become so pale and fine that they are no longer visible).
I had three dark hairs on my chest that also vanished around the 3 month mark.
Oh, and my pubic hair receded downwards a little.

They didn't have anti-androgens when I was young but I started HRT at 17 and didn't see any increase in body hair (not that  I had very much). After SRS at age 24 I lost the coarse hair within the year and was left with typical female fuzz, the very fine hair that is almost invisible.
