I was feeling my nipple the other day, and I pressed down on it and noticed a little hard bump.  When I say little, I really do mean little.  it feels about the size of a grain of rice, but I do know that it hasnt always been here.

its right under my nipple, (inside) and its pretty hard, and feels slightly 'connected'

Any chance this could be cancer?  I mean, I don't want to get my hopes up, and I don't necessarily want to get it checked out either unless there is a good chance it could be.  talk about embarrassing, not to mention all of my self harm scars in that area.  I mean, i cant even let my boyfriend look at my boobs directly.

what do you guys think?

Ehh, if you know for sure that it wasn't there before then I'm going to have to say that you should go to a doctor.

A professional doctor should try his best to make you comfortable.

I'm not sure if T can cause this or not, but either way, it's not something to ignore.  You could probably wait a week or so and see if it goes away, but unfortunately I'd have to recommend seeing someone about it.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

I have lumps in mine too. Dr. garramone actually commented on it at my top surgery consultation and said that it is common for someone my age. I think you are around the same age as me. I forget exactly what he called it. But I would still get it checked out if I were you. Just to be safe.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

It could be a touch of early gynocomastia caused by T aromatizing to estrogen.....

They could be breast fibroids which are fairly common. I had them since my early 20's. They usually hurt or cause discomfort but mine never did.

Reading my biopsy after top surgery I had fibroids all over the place as well as cysts. So, all sorts of crap can be in the breasts but not be cancerous.

As much as I know you want top surgery please never wish for breast cancer. My mother had it and it's a terrible, terrible thing with a high mortality rate if not caught soon. You might have one or both breasts removed but then there's chemo and/or radiation and taking medicine for many years.

recently i found lumps in one of my boobs and it turned out to just be hormonal. so it's a possibility that it's related.

just get it checked man.
it's not as bad as you think it's going to be. I was freaking out about showing mine to the dr.
you'll have a dr look, then an ultrasound, results back the next day.
