I'm looking to blades for an escape again.  haven't done anything yet...Just scared where it's going to go.  figured maybe someone would have some miracle words to take my mind off things.

This is the Litany against fear from Dune, I've found that reciting it quitetly to myself actually does help. Maybe it can help you as well.
