So, I've been lurking for a while, and I'm still paranoid about posting because I don't want to be outed to my friends, but I decided to just suck it up and join.  I've been thinking way too much about my gender identity to the point where I'm starting to question my sanity, so I figured actually talking to people would help with that.  I'm still questioning, but I'm certain I'm at least genderqueer.  I'll probably transition at some point cuz I don't deal with the dysphoria very well, but it'll probably be a while before I can start that.  I have an awesome boyfriend, but he doesn't exactly know yet, so that probably won't work out. :'(  And I like art and science, and I smile too much for a guy.  So, uh, hi everyone!   :icon_wave:

Hello there!
Good luck working it all out. I'm still trying to figure out where I stand in the gender spectrum, whether I want to transition, and if so how far. Tricky, isn't it?
The boyfriend thing isn't necessarily doomed - people can surprise you! Or perhaps you'll end up somewhere even better. My gender identity stuff definitely helped nailing the coffin of my previous relationship (with a straight cis-man who thought I was a perfect little lady, sigh) - but now I have a partner who loves and respects me in all my various gender-shapes.
Anyway. I'm new too, so it feels a bit odd to be saying 'welcome', but welcome all the same!
