New Kitty: Banshee

She's sweet, but I wasn't ready for a new cat yet... And Freyja dislikes her. Speedy annoying blur vs cat who can't see, but thinks she's queen of everything. It never ends well.

It's sad that people will avoid adopting an animal just because it is disabled. My cat Felicity was in the Humane Society for almost nine months before we adopted her. No one wanted her because for some reason she had a sore on her back that wouldn't heal. Nothing else was wrong with her at all. She wasn't even disabled!

I agree about the disabled thing. People are so picky even about looks. My mom has 2 dachshund brothers one of them she got for way less than the other because he was 4 months old and the breeder was afraid he wouldn't be socialized correctly if he stuck around any longer. No one had wanted him because he's a little longer and thinner than the average dachshund

and he is a little fearful of new people. Their loss because he is a great little boy.

Everyone's pets here are so freakin' adorable it almost hurts to look. Awesome animals, guys.

I have a pet Siberian Husky named Dusty, who is almost 2 years old come March.

Though sadly I don't live with him anymore at the moment, he's with my transphobic family.
I'm thinking of getting myself a cat someday.
