School Divides Students Based On Race, Gender

LANCASTER, Pa. -- The School District of Lancaster is defending a plan that groups students according to their race.
In December, McCaskey East High School placed its junior class in different homerooms based on race and gender.

So hmmm.

If we separate the blacks and whites we get in crap. Alright.

If we separate the genders, yet still have both in the school, then we become a single-gender school wannabe.

Obviously, we should separate all races and genders!

Brilliant idea.

I wonder when they will realize that race isn't a strict set of possibilities, and neither is gender. Water isn't just cold or hot.

Yes, I thought this was ridiculous. What a step backwards. I understand the role model thing, but this is the wrong way to go about it.
