I'm not a mod so not biased at all and I totally agree. You're gonna be awesome Helena, you already are, congratssss! 

Its amazing how you get to know different posters even though you never get to meet in person, Helena always has a lovely way of posting and has a very calming influence on Susan's, your promotion to Mod is well deserved, the mods do a great job in keep things in order.
