Hi , i am mtf and new to Susans, i am currently 8 weeks in to HRT, and i have had lots of change already, the best being psycological, I don't like talking about regimes, so i will skip that bit, anyway the i need some help regarding diet and bodyshape, in just only 8 weeks i have noticed ahuge difference in the shape of my lower body i.e less fat on my stomach, and a massive increass in hip/thigh/bum department, i am currently
27" middle waist and 37" and a half Hip/Bum circumferance, 5ft 8 " 151 pounds 20.3%fat 22.9BMI
The question i am asking if i continue to eat high fat foods, will this new fat just go to my female areas, or will it go all over my body, at the moment it just looks like it going to the female area's but i don't want to be any heavier than 154pounds.
If i stay around 154 pounds will my body shape keep changing to a more and more female shape i.e. skinny arms/back/front stomach?
And if i diet where will the fat be removed from first?
This may sound a bit technical, but i am interested in developing my body to the right shape the best and quickest way possible.
