I had a fellow female coworker discover that I was wearing a bra under my uniform, she told my boss, as well as several other coworkers, now I am recieving a rather large number of hate emails, what do I do, I'm an emotional wreck right now, can't they understand that this is who I am?

Time to come out my dear.  Do it quickly and make sure that they know you are following the standards of care and are under the supervision of knowledgeable medical professionals. Put it in writing.  Sadly, you need to cover yourself legally.

Then you need to tell people that all you expect is to be treated like any other person.  You'll answer any questions.  Start writing down everything negative that anyone says or does immediately.  Put dates and times to it all.

Discrimination is illegal.  Watch out for yourself. They won't do it. You have to do it.

Chin up doll.

Are they coming from company email accounts? Can you forward them to a manager as evidence of harassment?
