I've been having an especially hard time recently, just dealing with feelings associated with being FTM. I am completely pre-everything, except slight cross-dressing, because I haven't told really anyone yet, except my gf and a few friends. I was just wondering if anyone had a good idea to dealing with these hard feelings I'm having. some ideas I've had~
<journaling
<drawing
<working out
ect. just what do you guys think I should do that would be most effective, or what has helped you.
P.s. I haven't started seeing a therapist yet.

The working out helps me a lot, especially lifting weights.  Then there's talking to a friend or therapist.  And listening to music.

Yeah, I started journaling last night and that helped a little and cried on my girl's shoulder. And I'm gonna start up lifting weights again in the morning. But yeah I was just curious how everyone else gets through it.

I think I can relate to you. I'm also still having a hard time, but I talked to a friend and she's really supportive and that makes me feel better. I'm also not seeing a therapist at the moment, but I know I should to help me dealing with my feelings.
Otherwise playing music works for me, but that's only an option, if you play an instrument I guess...

Another good one is maybe make a video log. You don't have to upload it online or anything, but just make a video talking about what you're feeling and what's going on in your life. That way when you go back later and watch it you can see how different you look, sound, and how your attitude is when you talk about trans stuff.

Plus if you are working out at the same time, you can document that too.
The story is the same, I've just personalized the name.
