here are the two biggest changes for me so far:

- Breast growth, it's happening fast. It seems like it's been growing since day 1, or at least the first week for me. I have no idea what my cup size is yet but my bust measurement is 33in and my under bust is 30in. I love it, it's just since I don't pass yet it's kind of awkward.

- Emotions. When an emotional topic or thought comes up, I get more emotional than I would pre-hormones and occasionally I feel emotional and teary-eyed when I'm not even thinking about something that would trigger an emotional response. Women are often characterized as emotional but I wonder if it's really like this for them. I don't mind though.

Slow and regular breast growth as per female puberty is best. There is a danger of conical growth if its to quick, you may need to check your estrogen levels they may be to high. You are however 20 something but still check if you haven't already. I've had regular slow growth since day one too but then I am 52, lol but they have grown in regular shape.

i'm 22 and have been 1 1/2 months on HRT and breast growth has been surprisingly fast too. i'm welcoming it, but i definitely want to know my hormone levels now too (specially since i'm not even on anti-androgens). honestly i don't think my hormone levels could be that tilted, so i'm guessing it's more to do with my age and genes.

i'm not sure if i'm more emotional though i've always been sorta emotional so i might not even notice that much of a change if there is one but i hear that one is really one of the first things
