I used these suction-cup nipple stretcher things that were recommended on another thread, and there actually were a few drops sucked out of each nipple after a few hours.  Milk from my breasts.  It was a surprisingly powerful moment.
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

It may actually be lymph fluid from over-stimulating (i.e. doing mild damage) to your nipples.

Buzzkill!

Seriously though, thanks for the warning.  It could just as well be blood plasma too.  I'll be alert for bad symptoms.

Be alert for bad symptoms and call your endo, explain him your current situation with details. AFAIK you shouldn't have that.

I've heard that the way to stimulate milk production is to be on progesterone for a long time and then stop abruptly, accompanied by some "manual stimulation".

You didn't stop progesterone (if you were on it), did you? If not, talk to your endo - something could be wrong.
21 22 and loving life! (yuk. i hate getting old!)

Mine will produce milk.  My endo told me I have well developed breasts including milk ducts.

The first time they produced fluid was when I became a teenager using my own messed up endocrine system.

Yup, that's it.  I ran out of progesterone, and the mail from Vanuatu has been slow.

It is unusual to lactate so be wary.

I was in my early 20's and had been on HRT for a few years when my niece was born and the only time I have produced milk was when holding the newborn baby. It hasn't happened since (thankfully). My milk ducts do form a light "crust" by my doctor said that is normal for women on oestrogen and there has never been a noticeable amount.

It was just a few drops on each side.

My point was not alarm at the possible medical implications.  I was thrilled by the sudden and new sense of connection with females everywhere and everywhen who have breastfed.

I'm on of the ones that had a LOT going.  More than enough to sustain a baby.
My daughter has two boys but both are too big for milk now but she says she's going to keep trying until she has a girl.
I'm going to offer to help feed the next one.  I would love to do that, I've dreamt of it for a loooong time.

I hope that baby is bottle fed.

Bottles are way overrated.
