I post this simply because I'm cooking up a pot of tapioca bubbles for a nice lychee bubble tea.

But I loooovvee bubble tea! What is it?? Who decided one day to put tapioca pearls in juice?? Why?? It's soo goood!!

Chinese people, who apparently can't get enough tapioca for reasons that no one understands.

oh my good, i tried that years ago in hong kong. it was soooooo nice! sadly it's not really accessible round here and i'm to lazy to do it myself

Bubble Tea is great. I was happy to see little stands popping up all over the malls in my state

Is bubble tea tasty to you?  I have not tried it.
