Anyone love and recommend their endocrinologist?

A few people I know say Park Nicollet's transgender care is pretty good. If you're like me and cannot use your insurance, don't bother with Parkway off of Snelling - the docs there are clueless when it comes to transgender care, and you'll pretty much end up running your own therapy. (I just dropped them and got a new doc)

You might take a look at the Minnesota Transgender Health Coalition page - they have a provider directory, including whether each certain doctor has indicated whether they will prescribe & monitor hormones or not.
21 22 and loving life! (yuk. i hate getting old!)

Thanks! The care sites list the same UMN Doctor.  I talked to my general doctor about it and he seems to think he can treat me but also said some negative things. I want to find specialist who really knows their stuff.  I had some hormonal issues in my teens and I'd like to get some really good tests first, rather than jumping into dosages.  Do you know which doctor or office at Park Nicolette?

I think my insurance covers everything.
