Cindy

 My dear brothers and sisters,

Yes I had a horrible experience and dwelled  upon it until it became an issue No matter how small.  I posted in my rage and hatred for the things that why things want to hurt totally normal human beings. I cried for the hate that can be in people, I have no understanding of it. I think that is what frightened me. I don't hate anyone. How can anyone hate me? I don't like a lot of people I meet, but I don't hate them.

We wash and clean the faeces off our children, with love. From our elderly parents, with love; from our disabled wives or husbands, with love. Humans have an over riding desire to love each other. why then do we create the things, they are , the non-understanding, evil that walks and thinks it is a male and has privilege. (I do not put that forward in a sexist way, read the post before hanging me) .

Why?

Obviously I'm not over it but I'm OK with it and have reached the rage level.

I did go back tonight and reported it.  Thank you for reminding me of my civil duty, I was frightened and embarrassed. The manager was great, the check out lady who saw me afterwards was there and she said she saw I was upset but that I was fine with her. And I was, I calmed down very quickly. 'fright and flight'  reaction?  I have never seen these Neanderthals before and the manager and staff didn't either. So they were parasites drifting through.

Whole shop knows who CJ is. ::)

The thing I wanted to say is. Thank You.

I try to be friendly and helpful 'cos I know what that means when you are under ten tons of manure.

I have done nothing for the help you have given me.

You gave me my life back in %100000's.   A year ago, I'd be hiding under the doona for the next six weeks. Now I'm happy to go out and kick its  s***s arse around.

I'm feeling Good.

Thank you my friends.

I am a very lucky girl to have met you all.

Thank You

Cindy James

It is go good to hear you are doing much better and not letting it get you down. It is very hard to understand why some people have to hate so much. There is no real reason for it and it doesn't make any sense.
It seems like you are handling it very well.

Hugs
Sarah
Answers are easy. It's asking the right questions which is hard.

Be positive in the fact that there is always one person in a worse situation then you.

Well done, Sister.  You probably not only gave yourself that piece of mind, but now that the store have been alerted you may have kept some other woman from being assaulted by these thugs.

It is a sad thing when people have to watch out for thugs, hooligans and gangs.  We should be in prefect safety, but it is not the case.  Anywhere that is in prefect safety will be come a target for the lazy criminal element.

Cindy

I'm glad you reported the incident and the employees at the store are receptive to you

Like you I am not capable of hate either and have never been able to understand such ignorant behavior from other people

You've been a pillar of inspiration and strength

Hugs my dear sister

After reading the OP in this thread I went looking for the thread where the incident was mentioned.. I'm very pleased to hear that you came to no harm and that you have taken some action..

Even in my neck of the woods, I've no gotten anything more than an odd or dirty look..

Be beautiful if you can... wise if you want to... but above all make sure you command respect – that's essential...

And getting yer equilibrium back, is something we all have to do when our world's are rocked... by others, outside events... or things, situations and cruelties we least expect....

Keep the faith Cindy..... focus always on what you need to do, to survive and make it through.... no matter what...

And all anyone one of us can ever do is give it our best shot.... simple as that....

Take care lovely.....

Oh Cindy I am so glad that went back and told the manager.
I know that is who you are. You want to help others and you did hon.
Yes, the first reaction is to run and that is actually good.
But to go back and get involved in solving the problem is angelic.
Thank Cindy,
Jillieann

Dear Cindy,

We are so very sorry that happened to you. It was upsetting and ugly. We hope the many virtual hugs and the very great love from all of us at Susan's will coax your dreams to good ones. We are glad you are feeling better now.

I too don't understand why others hate. Perhaps they were hated and it is learned. Or maybe as you said they have no intelligence at all. (Sorry I think they have less than a turkey.)

Great big hugs!!! Many of them.
From,
Roxy & Patty

Cindy:

Girl, sorry that I'm late to this particular party.  Forgive me, but I've not read the original post describing the incident.  Never saw the post.  Anyway, we are SOOO glad you are safe and sound.

You're TOPS on this site, hon!  There's a GOOD reason for that!   It is because YOU are awesome!
