Talking to head of sixth form about being trans, things to bring up?

First off, I think it's only my third or something time posting here, so sorry if I do something wrong-please tell me!

Basically, I'm at an 'all girls' grammar school (so selective but not public (we don't pay fees, it's basically state-funded) ), and I have an appointment with my head of Sixth form tomorrow morning, to talk about me being trans. (Well. It's not explicitly been said that it's about that-I was struggling with how to bring up being ftm to the school, and my friend suggested that she could tell the head of sixth form (who she's known for years outside of school too, as family friends, so it's not exactly awkward) and so that happened, and my friend told me that the teacher took it in her usual comical manner (she's a really good teacher, if appearing slightly off her rocker) and said that I should make an appointment with her. And I did. Woo.)

So, I want to make sure that I remember everything that at one point I've wanted to discuss with school. I've got a psych appointment on the 7th of March, where I'll hopefully get referred to a GIC. Mum has been pursuaded that if the waiting list is longer than a year, I can use my uni savings to go private (:D I really feel sorry for my parents living with me sometimes...) and if that happens, or odds are I'll get an appointment with the nhs before novemberish, then I'll probably want to change my name and start the 'rlt' while still in school this year. I'd like to do that anyway, as I keep forgetting to answer to my birth name (-_-) and it would be brilliant if teachers could start using male pronouns for me, but obviously that creates problems, as I'm in a fairly small all girls school.

This teacher is pretty reasonable, and knows me quite well, so I'm not worried about having to fight against getting kicked out of school (and our school wouldn't do that because the even-higher-ups would think that it made the school look bad, sigh -_-) especially as I'm in my last year. Unless I'm very lucky, I won't be starting T while still at school (and even if I got the go-ahead, I might leave it until after exams as much as I want it, to avoid messing up my uni chances).

I'm basically asking, if anyone can think of anything else I should definitely bring up, or any good ways to bring them up? I'm quite bad at talking to people...

Sorry for the wall of text, and thanks for any help!
