I don't know why...

You should check out the whole https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,2.0.html  It's really detailed.  This forum is a lot different than any other forum I've ever been on....

Because - according to the moderation log on your user account - you have been a naughty girl three times and have received three official warnings from various members of the forum staff (not me). According to your user record (which all staff can see) the offenses were:

recently
1. For repeatedly posting of overly sexual topics.
2. For an inappropriate response to a solicitous post.
and
3. about a month back for arguing with forum staff.

The triangles are to warn staff and other users that you may be a potential trouble maker - they are in effect a badge of dishonor which must be worn for a while.

If you behave the markers fall off after a short while, but if you break the rules again then eventually they turn orange, at which point all your posts would have to be pre-approved by a moderator before they will be visible to others. If you then persisted in breaking rules the badge could turn red at which point you would be muted, that is unable to post at all, however most people are banned from the site long before that happens.

As Japple correctly says all of this information is contained within the announcements section which you should take the time to read. As the site owner Susan insists that certain standards of behaviour are upheld on the site and the forum staff are employed to make sure that it happens.
