I don't understand why it would be impossible. If the T can get out of a 25 gauge needle (injecting), then it must be able to get in (drawing up). I would imagine that it would just take more time. And warming the vial of T between your hands beforehand to make it less viscous would probably help. Can't hurt to try, right?
But, FWIW, I don't have any experience with using that size of needle, so this is all just speculation.
