Hi, my name is Dirk Stewart (very harsh I know). I am feeling confused and don't really know where to go in my life.  Currently I have a girlfriend, a great job and I am 21 years old. She is a wonderful person, and I am very close to her. However, ever since I was 16 yo I have been attracted to TS men. Honestly I have never gone out with a man or even stated these feelings out loud to anyone but my girlfriend. She just shrugged and said "I knew you were too good to be straight". But, it isn't like she can't satisfy me, she does. But when I am alone and just thinking, I always come back to the same fantasy; a TS. I am not really sure the difference between TS/TG and a host of other abbreviations. Hopefully along with other research I will be able to learn more here.

Maybe it is just me, but I wonder when I see you refer to dating a TS as a fantasy.  I'm not trying to be insulting or rude, please forgive me if that is how I come across.

We are just like any other woman and want to be treated just like you would any other woman you would date.

I don't consider us to be anything special or weird.  I'm not sure on how to word this, but do you want to date a TS person because we have something different between our legs?  This is a part that many (if not most) of us are wanting to get rid of.

Sorry Dennis, I meant TS women, someone who was born a male and transitioned to a female. I mixed up my lingo.

Hi Sarah, I understand you're concern and it is very valid. Again, I chose the wrong wording and maybe should have used the word "crush" and not "fantasy". I really like the way she moves, smells, speaks, her insight is amazing. Basically all of the qualities I'd like in another person. I'm not looking for just physical contact as I would be very shy until I knew her much better.

Well, it always sounds like a swear word as opposed to a name. Dirk... one syllable no matter how you say it, ends with a "K"...   Just sounds harsh. Dirk Martin Stewart conversely Jonathan, Steven, William, don't have quite as much edge.

I know what you mean about the name thing. I had a name that seems to be the brunt of every movie and story line for the dork guy. But I really like the name Dirk. I think it is a strong name and judging from your picture it fits.

So fix yourself a cup of tea, or other relaxing beverage, sit down, take your shoes off and set a spell.
