Glad it worked out with your friend. You would be amazed at how accepting some people can be after you had destroyed your nerves thinking they wouldn't. My twin brother is a perfect example. Out of every single thing I had on my mind about my transition telling my brother is the one that made me the most scared. He is a bit of a redneck type and I had it in my mind he would look at this as me stealing his brother. I got the courage up and told him and he said he loved me and wanted to be happy. He totally accepts me as his twin sister. :)

The aftermath can look much different than what you thought it would! Good luck with everything. hugs
