How do you handle them?  I think i should go because i have anything from strep to tonsillitis (both run rampant easily through my school) but i don't really want to go to the doctor.

I go when I have to.  If you are you need to be seen.  Strep is very contagious and should be seen.  I am currently trying to see about my leg, I have a strange brushing.  But I I will when I am ill.

I also live full time and my medical records all say female.  My doctor is aware of my transition.

Janet was the doctor accepting I ask this because I am going for my first appointment to tell her that I am going to transition and I don't know how she will take it.

Doctors should be very accepting even if they personally don't agree. Their code of ethics states that they have to give appropriate treatment. Strep is nasty and can get very nasty, go get it treated before you are in ER.
One rule of medical school was that the patient may be embarrassed but the Dr never is.

Janet, bruising is something that should be looked into Sis. Can be due to nothing, can be due to the 'mones and can be something that needs treating ASAP.

Everything worked out.  Maybe not how i personally wanted it to, but obviously it's hard to explain something to your doctor when you're not out to your mom, yeah.  I hate being in the closet.  It's just the most depressing part of my life right now.  I hope one day i have the guts to be who i am.  Turns out i had Strep, tonsillitis, and a sinus infection.  Not fun but i'm better now.  Thanks everyone who replied.
