       After coming to identify myself as neither gender I started to realize more things, and felt even more ok with how I am and how I think. Which is good because I feel so much better and girls I know online find me so much more interesting now. I decided I wanted to go with zie/zir pronouns because I feel it suits me more, and I somewhat dislike being refered to as a male gender. Online I rather be refered to as a female, unless I feel like going through the whole neutral gender thing with people which often seems to become a pain or I rather not do it.
        I'm currently stuck with male pronouns at irl,  only my sister knows of how I identify myself and she works on calling me sibling/zir/zie.  My sister, who is obsessed with naming things decided she wanted to find me a name to use that wasn't gender specific. So two nights ago, My sister, myself, her friend and her friend's S.O. sat up thinking of a new name for me. Which I thought was kind of weird at first, but I got into it because I really dislike my name that was given at birth, because it was to plain for me.  So eventually after much thinking my sister points out I do like japanese culture and watching anime. So our friend's S.O. has 2 names that come to mind. Yuri and Shinobu. My sister immediately goes crazy over Shinobu and says take it. Which I did because I thought Shinobu was pretty nice and it is a unisex name.^^

        So as of 12/30/06 Lunartiger has became Shinobu.^^
So if you guys wonder what ever happened to that crazy tiger, I'm still here just new name.

         Anyone else thought of or found gender-neutral name change interesting for a nickname or a perma. replacement for real name?

I'm not sure yet if i'd use it IRL but I've signed up on a few non-TG forums as Casey. I've even picked a gender neutral middle name which I used as part of my nick at one site: Morgan. I have actually found that being Casey even if only in my own mind has helped me loosen the ties to the male me and live more in a middle ground.

Second change, feels sort of weird since japanese do not have middle names. My little sister I adopted from in game found me a middle name to use when I get my name changed to something unisex. So sometime soon I'll be Shinobu Hikaru O.^^

You get to pick your own name this time around. I myself am bad with names game names I have used are Toyotomi, Bhamut, Synanimf, Kendra, Spinedead, Mortimeer, Silenwisper, Jennifear, Afkan, Anachross, Ribcage, Steelmon, Work in various games. I dont use any of those in RL except when I have been on teamspeak talking to other players, referred to by my character name.

Please forgive my ignorance Shinobu. Hikaru is unisex? That's interesting. The only Hikaru I know of is Mr. Sulu.

It is, I seen it on a site with japanese names it was listed as a unisex name. A friend told me Hikaru was unisex as well though it was a common for girls to have. Let me see if I can find the link for the site.^^

Found another site. <3 Wiki

      My friends and I have been extremely careful to pick out unisex names for myself, so I wouldn't get so attached to a name that wasn't.
I think I've been around Nao to long, naming things is fun.
  Must find more things to name! -runs out and buys some kitties-

Little kitty I'll name you Lil'mew! ^^

Yes, I know I'm a bit wierd, but that is what makes me interesting and never boring! CAFFFFFFFFFFFFFINE!!! Ah, I shouldn't of had that can of pop an hour before bed time, it is like 3:40AM and I'm still wide awake~! ; ;
