I have been on female hormones for over 4 years.  In the last year, I will sit to pee, and then think I am done, get up and then it drips...for a little while....like I didn't get it emptied.  It only happens after I pee.  It is discrouageing! And I wonder if it is from hormones or age? I am 55 now. I do Kegals and it doesn't seem to help much.
Thanks for your input.

I'm 53 and been on HRT for over two years.  I generally dab with a bit of folded tissue when I'm done peeing, before I stand up.  There's always a little left over, but it's not troublesome.

It is called dribbling.  Go to your doctor and get your prostate checked, at 55 you're due!  A PSA test is usually a test for cancer, but is has become unreliable for that because of the 85% false positive rate.  Some MD's  are conceding that it is a test for size or inflammation more than a test for cancer.  A new, more reliable prostate cancer test by Johns Hopkins is going through the FDA approval procedures.
It also could be athropy caused from penile inactivity in the front of the urethera caused by the hormones.  I had problems pre-HRT with that since age 53.  The HRT did help me with the emptying, but a very small amount of dribbling still exists, but not quite as bad.  I also dab a little bit on the TP, but the undies are still white in front!
Certain prostate conditions, enlargements and cancer are not stopped by the female HRT regimen, or certain medications absent such as no testosterone blockers.  T-blockers are prescribed for men usually over the age of 65 with enlarged prostates.  Some suggestions in most cases that some prostate problems are prevented by the FM HRT.  Suggested, due to the small numbers of trans girls taking HRT in the study.  Check with your doctor You're due!

wear a thin pantie liner it will help. Be sure to replace during the day with a fresh one.  I have the same issue,  I thought it was that (uggg) I did not shake after.. ???  Oh ya...I also been sitting to pee for a very long time even before hrt...i can't really remember if I had this issue before :-\

I've had a problem similar to this since my early 40s. Though in my case, I get a littl bit of leaking before I know I'm full. If you see what I mean.

I use a pad. Best thing that ever happened as it turns out. The pad is held firmly in place using female underpants. And I have a round bit at the front, instead of the lump of no confidence.

Just appearance of course, but it does feel better.

Having a longer urethra would cause one to dribble.  As Cait said using a small amount of toilet paper to dab with, just a bio women do should take care of the problem.

And as Purple Skin said, use a panty liner.

And be sure you aren't sitting forward. That prevents the bladder from fully emptying.
