quick question, anyone out there able to tell me if hrt reduced the size of there adams apple at all? its my biggest hangup, its huge and i hate it 

I'm afraid it won't...though I will say that it's probably not as huge as you think it is, we always magnify the bits of ourselves we consider defects.

its one of those things, ive had many times it pointed out, people have laughed at how funny it is to watch this pointy adams apple moving when i swallow, its just something very obvious, and the only thing i cant really hide. i would love the option to not have to wear a scarf XD
who knows, maybe if my motabolism ever slows down ill put on some weight and it will be less obvious (ive had medical help on this but at 6 feet tall i cant get my weight about 9.5 stone)

I use to wonder if there is any way to streach the skin under the chin. I've noticed that on men with slightly saggy chins, the apple doesn't show.

If you could pull the skin out a bit and hold it with something that is very gentle, it might eventually streach.

But you would have to be really careful that anything you used, didn't pinch the skin too much, or you'll get really sore, or even cause some permanent tissue damage.

Women have adam's apples, granted males are more prominent, but an adams apple is an adams apple.  A trach shave can help, but it can also cause scarring.  Like everything else, draw the empahsis away from it and towards something else.

I googled it and a number of well known women (all cis) have prominent adams apples, Sandra Bullock for example.
