Giselle Marie

Hi everyone,

I am Jayne, Giselle's partner, just to let you know she had her surgery yesterday with Dr Suporn.  She is doing very well but is very tired and sleeping loads, however when she does wake up she has a massive beaming grin on her face   :)

She isn't allowed to get up for another 4 days, and we are discharged back to the hotel next thursday which will be a good day  :)

I will try and keep you informed.

Jayne

Jayne:

Giselle has crossed the goal line!  No wonder she has the grin.    ;)

All I can say is that it's so awesome that you are there with her offering your support, care and affection.  What greater gift could she possibly have?  I can't think of any.

Significant others like you who are supportive of their transpartners rock our world.  Giselle is lucky to have you.  Then, again, you are lucky to have her.  May you find continued happiness ... if even as only friends.

Peace & Godspeed to BOTH of you, hon.  Hugs!

Thanks again to everyone, the words of support are meaning a huge amount to Giselle at this time  :)

They keep topping her up with sleeping pills so she isn't exactly with it at the moment but when she does come round she likes to know what people have been saying.

Please send Giselle my congratulations and a speedy recovery.  Rest is the best thing for her right now.  Soon enough she'll have her hands full, so to speak.  :D

And thank you Jayne for your love and care.  You are a special one indeed!

Thank you  :)

top tip though for anyone who is being accompanied by a partner or friend when having surgery by Dr Suporn, bring plenty of things to read and do during your stay at the hospital.  Dr Suporn likes to keep patients asleep most of the day in the first few days so it can get quite boring and there isn't anywhere to walk to in the local vacinity to keep you occupied so you are pretty much room bound also.

Jayne  :)

Hi

Just to let everyone know, Giselle is feeling good today, having no pain at all which is amazing Dr Suporn.  She is dying to get up and have a shower although she has 2 more days to wait.  I think the boredom factor is getting to her now, we both can't wait to get back to the Chon Inter and have a lovely meal and a celebratory Singha beer or two.  ;D

Good luck and best wishes to Jerica on your operation this week hope everything goes well and you have a speedy recovery.

YAY I've managed to come round enough and sit a little at the laptop.
Thankyou to everyone kind words, Jayne has kept me amused through my short periods of being awake, she has been my rock throughout this and I'd just like to say that I love her very very much; thanks hun for all your support.

On another note I was allowed to have a shower today which felt amazing I didn't want it to finish, I'm also allowed to walk a little with the aid of a nurse; everything seems to be progressing nicely andam so impressed with my new noo noo  ;)
