Here ya go and just a warning I'm not sure most surgeons will do top surgery without one or two letters from a doctor/therapist saying you are trans...

I saw a ps yesterdsay in Golden..the price for top was

gynecosmastia excision
with nipple reposition           4700
pathology                             200
lab fee                                   52
garment                                 54   
anesthesia fee                       750 (2 1/2 hrs)
facility fee/room                   1545
                                      grand total for top in golden colorado....$ 7301.00
                                         grand total for life enhansement..priceless :P

im still waiting for BRCA test.. if my family history is enough, they will do the blood work, if that comes back, with the positive cancer possibility, the insurance company will pay for the top surgery.. but... not sure thats good news either..  hope that  helped

Always a good idea before any cosmetic surgery, but yes, for this one in particular you'd want to lose weight if you could because it helps the surgeon be more confident about how much tissue to leave behind and where best to place the scars.

One good idea is also to exercise and try and build up your pecs, since they will make it easier for the surgeon to see what's breast tissue and what's not. Or, that's what I've heard.

Yep, the surgeons in my area all recommend this. I haven't seen any of their results and how they compare to guys who got surgery while in less-than-great shape, though.
