I'm never good with introductions, I'll give this a whirl though!
I'm a 19 year old MtF from Alberta, Canada. I've never really been involved in any trans specific communities or groups, but after stumbling upon this site and taking a look around, it actually looks like a nice place!
I'm a 2nd year University student currently studying computer science, but I'm likely going to transfer to another school and program next year. I guess the earliest memories I have of my sex being wrong were of crossdressing and effeminate behavior around the age of 3, but it first really started to bother me around the age of 13. I never really felt like my gender clicked as a teen (and had other related issues which I somehow didn't connect the dots on), but I ignored and denied all my feelings until the past couple years where they became too much to ignore. I started my transition last summer, and have been living full-time as a woman since September of last year. The past half year has been one hell of a ride, but I'm so glad to have finally sorted myself out and taken that big step! Having not been involved in any sort of related groups before, I'm looking forward to finally getting to meet some people who know what it's like.
