Hi fellow m2fs.  I have had the feeling of being a m2f for a long time and interestingly the older I get the stronger I feel about myself.  I've noticed how my perspectives on things and feelings about things have grown up to be feminine rather than masculine.  I've always secretly wanted to be a female.  Anyway, fast forward to the topic - should m2f transsexuals have bladder control abilities similar to GGs?  I've read research papers that claim m2f transsexuals have 1.  digit ratios similar to GGs and that 2.  weaker bladder control similar to females.  I'm asking this because I've just turned 25 and I've wet my panties while testing spanking on myself.  I read that it's normal for GG's to give the involuntary reaction of releasing the muscles and urinating in short bursts while being spanked. I want to know if it's normal for genetic males to involuntarily urinate in short bursts  - which I've noticed happening in my case.  Those who are on HRT, do you feel your bladder control abilities have been influenced by HRT?

This is an awkward topic which I am reluctant to reply to because it is an embarrassing issue.

I think the difference lies in the fact that as a woman the urethra is at most an inch or so long where the male has one which is 6 or more inches. This inevitably somewhat reduces the ability to hang on... at least it does for me.

I have always had an issue with this, because unlike some of you, I effectively do not have a prostate, not because it was removed, but because it did not appear to be there in the first place - or if it was it was so small as to be unidentifiable.

Once a postop woman, while I was by no means incontinent - I did find that I had to go fairly promptly when I needed to go, otherwise the consequence would be the inevitable pee dance and a childish accident. (Inevitably I learned that the embarrasing way :embarrassed:) I will also admit that I am into erm... shall we say occasional mild chastisement - and yes the result has been as you describe.

So yes certainly postop I would say that your case is proven - although quite what that has to do with anything I am not sure...

:police: Ok folks anyone else wanting to reply please lets keep this one clean and non sexual. No overt fetishism or the topic will have to be moved to the sexuality section.  :police:

My ex had an inconsistence problem.  She did all the exercises and took the medications.  Finally she had to have surgery.  It is a very embarrassing thing for most women to talk about.  Even men will not talk about having a problem.

I've never heard of a documented difference in bladder control between gfemales and gmales. That doesn't mean it won't happen. But the sphincter is at the base of the bladder, not in the urethra, so it really shouldn't make a difference.

Some gfemales do develop problems. Some gmales develop different ones. Both with the same, essentially, effect.

I have a bladder control problem, but it's a lot more complicated.

Until I was 18, I frequently wet my bed. I also spontainiously opened my bladder when excited. Once, when running round a track at school, I was doing really well but noticed some of the boys on the side lines, falling over laughing. Seems I had a stream of fluid running down my leg. C'est la vie.

That disappeared when I was 18. Then grandually reappeared when I was in my early 40s. I was driving somewhere I didn't knwo. I got so far, then stoped to check my map. I noticed the front of my jeans was wet.

Had a terrible day. Never work in wet jeans.

Since then I've worn a pad.

Hi, I had this problem beginning 2 1/2 years post op. I wore protection at night. When i contacted my surgeon he told me that weakening of the urinary sphincter was not uncommon in post-op MTF women. Like he recommended, I had an appointment with a urologist but i could tell he had never met a TS before. He seemed uncomfortable so i just never went back. But what i did was start doing the Kegel exercises which have helped so much. Still do them - you can do them anywhere without anyone knowing. I'm just over 10 years post op and I haven't had a problem with it now for about 6 years.
