I got my t script the other day ... and today I got to thinking about what kind of vitamins/supplements should I be taking ?  I know that liver function is something a lot of people worry about while on T, but I really don't know where to start with this.  Help??

My doctor told me to take baby aspirin and Centrum Silver multivitamins.  I don't take the aspirin because, as a young and healthy person, I personally don't feel that the marginal benefits from taking daily aspirin is worth the risks.  But I do take the vitamins.  They're the old people kind because they have lots of folic acid (good for heart health) and no iron.  But really, you should ask your doctor what they recommend.  They know your health history and everything better than any of us here do, and can hopefully give you a good idea of what sorts of things, if any, would be good for you to take.

My doctor's son said Vitamin D and calicum (or drink milk) ... since your body is technically going through menopause it needs the calicum to keep your bones strong ... I don't remember why she said Vitamin D

If I'm not mistaken Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption...or is that magnesium.
No you're right it's calcium that is helps with.

Calcium should be taken with magnesium for better absorption.

Milk thistle is an herb that is supposed to support liver function.

I've been told that milk thistle and flaxseed oil are good ones to take....magnesium and zinc "boost" testosterone production. but i'm not a doctor so I don't know if they would benefit you or not. I personally take a multivitamin and milk thistle.
