I have an appointment scheduled to start hrt and i was wanting to know, could i possibly shave all my body hair off now? Will it grow back normall? Or will it grow back thinner and less dense?

It'll grow back as before. Estrogen and androgen blockers don't work quiet that fast. Over say the next 3 month period +/-, depending on your dosage and your own physiology and how much hair there is now, you'll start to see some thinning. It just won't magically not come back the same... but if we could all close our eyes and wish it so, that'd be cool. In that case, I could've saved myself several thousands of dollars in laser hair removal.

My body hair grows so fast. It is awful. I shave the hair off of my stomach and chest and 3 days later it is starting to grow back. I also tried waxing but it still grows back at almost the same rate. It will be nice whenever I am ready to start on androgen blockers and E but that may still be over a year a way.

I assume you wouldn't have asked this if you only had a light amount of body hair to start with. And what has been said here is completely accurate, you won't notice any changes in hair growth for atleast 2-3 months. For comparison: I didn't notice anything until 45 days, I have very light growth naturally, and i'd said it cut the growth rate in half. I'm on a rather high dosage of everything and am over age 30. Since you're hairier and won't be starting on as high of a dosage, you definitely won't notice much til atleast the 60 day mark.
