that i had gotten top surgery. the dream was so real. i was the happiest person in the world. then i woke and i got so deppressed i just cried. this sucks.

I'm so sorry, I can imagine how that would feel. Nothing worth having comes quickly. So sorry.

I had a dream similar to this once.  It was like I was someone else for a day, someone born a guy, but I still kind of looked like myself.  I was on the beach in just a bathing suit walking along by the water and it felt so real.  I could feel the wind in my hair and the sand on my feet, it was amazing.  It was weird though because I knew I was dreaming and I remember thinking in the dream "This is awesome.  Why can't it be like this forever?"  And then I woke up.  It was horrible.

I've had dreams like that...I had a dream once that I actually had a penis..it was awesome and when I woke up I was very saddened to realize it was just a dream.

I had a dream that I got top surgery, and when I woke up from the anesthesia I still had an A cup (I'm B/C right now). I was like, wtf!!! You didn't fix my chest I still look like a girl! And in my dream the surgeon said they wouldn't do any revisions, I was stuck with it.

Thanks guys for your responses. i dont know why i was sooo upset when i woke up, i think just because it was so real and i was actually completely happy for once in my life, and it was just such a good feeling. i cant even explain how good and how real it felt, i thought it was actually legit.

and alex, when i was young, starting at age four i had this reoccuring dream that that i had a penis, it didnt really look real but i was in the boys bathroom at a urinal, and there was a bunch of boys that i went to school with in there with me. it was weird because i had that same dream so many times. i would always wake up and check myself, and sure enough nothing was there..

I was not feelng well and fell asleep on the couch at school and had a dream a hot chick was sucking me off and woke in a panic fearing I was going to have a huge boner. I was kinda sad and releived.

ive had several of those.  woke up thinking that I had had my surgery and moved my hand to my chest to see how it felt and i grabbed boob, it was devastating.

haha i definitely just cracked up, that was halarious. there were plenty of dreams ive had though where i had a dick, and ive woken up still thinkin it was really there. it is disappointing when its not though; makes me want to go back to sleep..

ya man i have had dreams like that before too but like lasts night dream just killed me, idk just so real. im getting top surgery ASAP. im finding a way to get it done sooner than i planned, i cant take it anymore

I hardley remeber my dreams anymore But when I was younger I would have lots of dreams that involved me having a penis!

I have dreams like that several times a week. That I go to the hospital, am sedated, and then wake up with a flat chest, a penis, and my voice is in a normal mid-teen male range, and I'm filled with joy. I've had this dream for years. It really hurts to wake up. The dream is very realistic.

That stinks, man--when it's so real like that, it can be very upsetting to wake up. (I always have the recurring penis dream LOL)

I myself was also practically in tears yesterday about my chest, which is not like me. It's not usually my area of dysphoria, but nothing I put on looked right and I was just getting so upset! Just want to cut the damn things off.

I ended up going with what one of the fashion threads on here had said, binder with undershirt and polo over that, and finally I was able to go out! Fashion advice that worked YAY!!

Can't wait till they're GONE.

Last night I dreamt I had a penis.  I could only keep it for one morning, so I made good use of it.  It sucked when I woke up, though.
