Brazil is a very different place from the USA.
There are no endo's willing to help you, or doctor's even. My psychiatrist and my gender therapist both gave me a very clear diagnosis of GID, and I get no help from any doctor who could prescribe hormones after months of research. They want to send me to a large Hospital where I would go through the avaliation and trouble of proving my disphoria again, with the added expense of long time travel and no garantees of anything.
Here, getting medical help for GID is a previlege. Get GOOD help is really hard. As I said in other posts, I have seen many girls getting -bad- meds prescribed to them. For these reasons feel I am better off on my own.
With that said, let's say I have the blood work covered, as well as secure means to acquire the meds LEGALLY and enough knowledge to correct any adverse effects I may have. I'm not going to discuss it because of the site rules. I just want to celebrate I finally started this

A year from now, I will look like myself.
