Have you noticed your hands or feet getting any slimmer or smaller? If so how long have you been on hrt?

Haven't noticed any of that, but I've only been on HRT for seven months (though only four of them really count).  Sure would be nice though since I'm quite disproportional!  5'11" with women's size 12 feet, a 6'8" armspan, and hands that can palm a basketball with ease.  Some shrinkage would be exquisite.  ;D

I've always had tiny hands and that was one of the things I was told would help me pass

My feet lost between 1/2 and a full shoe size. I'm not sure if that's from HRT or just getting older but it surprised me

Loss of muscle maybe?

All I know is that my favorite pair of Steve Madden blue suede stilettos now require one of those gel pads at the heel to stay on my feet. At US size 10, they used to fit perfectly. I think I am between a 10 and a 9.5 now.

I have noticed nothing significant. I've always had healthy hands for my size, the piano and guitar helps with that. As for my feet, they're still around a 10, and wide.  :'(

Shoe shopping is a little bit difficult. I tend to lean more toward open toe stuff.

I've played guitar for 33 years, it never changed anything about my hands

I took up piano after realizing I had a 15-key reach and might be able to do something with it...

Some of your shoe stories are giving me hope, but I don't think I'd ever shrink enough to fit into the store-maximum size 11.  I'm 10 1/2 mens (12 womens) so online shopping is my only hope now.  The problem is that options for oversized feet come with oversized prices that will make shoe-buying an investment rather than a purchase.

Oh good... more hope! ;D

What would be the biological mechanism of foot shrinkage?  I know HRT can't change bone structure, so how would this function?

Honestly I have no idea, maybe loss of muscle and cartilidge?

Yes, soft tissue shrinkage. You get it in your spine too. Some people lose a bit of height.

Probably...it's not dramatic slimming of the fingers, but it is enough.

I wouldn't mind some loss of height, but not from my spine!  I'm already made of legs and little else.

Lol me too! I'm now 5'8" with a 33" leg

I started at 5'6" with a 27" inseam. Wouldn't mind a bit of loss in my torso area. Haven't measured myself since the baselines back in October of last year.

I don't want to lose too much height. It took me a while by I'm comfortable with it now. I'm 5"8'.9 so I wouldn't mind being 5"8' exactly but no less than that. I do however hate my hands and my  size 11-12 in mens feet.I'm crossing my fingers.

I've lost about 1 inch in height, and went from a women's size 9 to 8 in shoes. I've been on HRT for ~ 8 months. So yep, you may experience some shrinkage.  ;)
