I would still be careful around the drinking crowd. The difference between a rich drunk ->-bleeped-<- and a poor drunk ->-bleeped-<- is the quality of the legal representation. Should the night end badly.

Rich people tend to have better things to do, poor people have nothing to lose.  Huge difference.
