The best diet is something you can stick with long-term without feeling like you're missing out on foods you love. So, instead of having dieting rules like "I'll never eat pizza again" or whatever you're going by, let yourself eat whatever you want, just not too much and not too often (kind of like, if you eat a king-size chocolate bar daily it is obviously not going to be healthy, but studies have shown that eating a small amount of dark chocolate daily it's beneficial because of the antioxidants). Maybe reward yourself for sticking to your diet by having pizza once a month, or whatever interval suits you. Or start off having it more frequently, then taper it down to however often you can get away with and still lose weight 🙂 That is great you've learned to love vegetables, though, dieting's always easier when you actually like the foods you're eating. I guess another way of dealing with "pizza addiction" is making your own, healthier version of it. Like, less meat, more veggies. Just a thought.
