Why am I not surprised?  Failure to prosecute--charge dismissed!  Means that a DA or equivalent dropped the ball on the case and did not get her to trial on time.  Maybe this time its going to be a little more important to get someone to show up in court on time.  I think I detect another issue in the prior case though.    I'll put up with my local type of bad manners thank you.

Yes, most businesses will ban a person of such behavior and many will take their picture so employees will know who to look out for
