7 days from now i will be in surgery having GCS as Dr. Mcginn calls it, i never thought i would see this day considering my medical history, a heart attack in 2001, followed by a stroke a few days later from a clot that formed around the stint they put in, i was also diagnosed as diabetic, talk about a triple whammy,  11 months ago when i had my consult i weighed 235 pounds, with a lot of hard work and GCS as a goal i now weigh 183 pounds and all my doctors have given me the green light.

I know i do not post much, but i had to share the good news.
