Joint Statement by Lana Lawless and the LPGA
Lana Lawless, the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), and the Long Drivers of America (LDA), have announced that they have resolved the legal action relating to the participation of Transgender Females in LPGA and LDA tournaments and other activities.

This resolution will result in the dismissal of the Federal Court Action entitled Lawless v. the Ladies Professional Golf Association and the Long Driver's of America; United States District Court Case Number CV10 4599 DMR. Despite the resolution, the LPGA and LDA steadfastly deny that they violated any law or engaged in any wrongdoing.
