Ok, so yesterday Brooke finally joined our board here, yay!
I was really nervous. She knew I had joined and was posting and had a general idea of the topics, but yesterday she got to read for herself. I was pretty sure I didn't say anything that would upset her, but being so new to this I wasn't entirely sure. Well I got the thumbs up-whew . I think I was relieved that she was ok with it all and I think she was relieved you all were able to answer so many of my questions.

Brooke is pretty shy and quiet. I don't know if she will post a lot, at least at first, but I am sure she will begin posting soon. I hope so. I love her posts, it's what started our whole relationship to begin with haha and I look forward to us having a home online where we can be together and be ourselves. I think this is that place. Another round of applause for Susan for creating it.
Anyhow, that's my update.

You should talk to Angelsgirl.  She's kind of her partner Jocelyn's ambassador because Jocelyn is also shy and quiet.

Jocelyn says it's because when she reads things, someone has basically said what she would have said so she doesn't feel that there's any point in her saying it.

I think she's just being a load.  > She posts like crazy on her precious RPGamer forums!  I hope she reads this too!  People around are probably starting to think I'm making her up or something!

She's a gamer? Is she also into puters a lot in general? Brooke is. She is so smart when it comes to that stuff. I think she is smart ab
I think she will post here quite a bit when she has some time, but will be sporadic. I am sure ya all will like her.
Well Susan can check IP's to know Brooke and I are are on opposite coasts to prove Brooke is not just a figment of my over active imagination :rolf:

I found this place on my own the night Broke told me everything. I shared it with her the following morning. She had stumbled across it before , but didn't participate. Now she has finally arrived and is spreading her wings. We are members on a couple other boards together, but she hasn't come out yet and our friends on those boards don't even know we are involved let alone that Brooke is a TG...so we have this place where we can just be ourselves and learn and grow together.

I hope the posts you find in this forum will help along the way. I can tell you the people I have met here are truly wonderful and will embrace you for being so supportive of Nikki.

Nikki and I are a member of an online community and we can be together there. So far the only ones that know is her closest friends there besides me.
Yes allot of the posts have helped me to understand. I read all the posts here in the SO forums and there has been allot of info from ones that have been through this to help out new like me.
