Some people that crossdress are lazy, its a fact or have no time to go to stores and its the middle of the night.. So I am going to compile a list of unique tricks for people who are:

1) Male, single person
2) Youth
3) Lazy Oufs'
4) People who crossdress late at night.

Anyone could post there at-home DIY/cheap ideas! Hair, makeup, homemade forms, tuck and tape etc... (Please post your ideas no matter how crazy! Try something new!)
Requests: Homemade mini-skirt
                Homemade forms

List of unique methods so far:

The package
Tucking/taping variant
Slightly comfortable/not at all
Supplies) Two pairs of panties (one tight - one loose), slice of cardboard shaped to crotch/"under carriage"/butt, any tape you deem right and [OPTIONAL] some padding like cotton balls and glue
Scenario: "Bob" gets aroused in woman mode looking at a cute girl, but tucking/tape breaks and he runs to his apartment across the street. He then googles tips and happens to find link to this thread. (spacetime continuum will not be pleased :P). Realising he wants to try to get someway to uncrease flatness when aroused he attempts this...
Step 1) Using scissors cut a "cardboard panty" out of some box (Make sure its big enough to hide balls and penis, but small enough to be able to cross your legs.
Step 2, A) On the inside of the c-panty glue your padding so ad to be comfortable
Step 2, B) Before starting, put on another pair of panties undet for comfort
Step 2, C) No padding at all
Step 3) Proceed to tuck as you see fit (Comnence Step 2, B) then add as many strips of tape you want as a front-holder to the C-panty and attach to just above the pubic area.
Step 4) Proceed to make the C-panty as skin tight as possible - then tape back end tightly
Optional step) If you have more tape -proceed in taping the edges of the C-panty to make it organically curved slightly
Step 5) Put on tight panty to make curvesque parts near the squareish areas
Step 6) Put on boyshorts or a '' Larger '' pair of pantied
And there ya' go! Tight, forming cardboard gaff-a-ma-jig! ( I tested it today, effort pays off! )

Just to spruce up ideas (as this thread is dying faster the a fly) I will post a NEW how-to :P

The homemade breastforms!
Cleavage/breastform variant
Mildly comfortable/comfortable
Supplies: 6 balloons (2 big and 4 medium), silicone (most people have it in there garage), some sort of shape you want (cup, bowl etc..), anything needed for handling silicone, patience and [OPTIONAL] cloth or paintable surface you can wrap around the breastform.
Scenario: Jin is a student in college who is wrapped up in too many expenses. He wants breastforms, but its either rent or the forms (he obviously chooses rent). He then devises an idea to utilise his plumber training for the application of chaulk and silicone, he commits to making cheap-as-chips forms!
Step 1) Fill two medium balloons with silicone/chaulk wait for it to set
Step 2) Wrap a medium balloon over each beginning form, followed by the larger ones.
Step 3 [uncomfortable! But possibly not nesscessary]) (remember to layer bowl with paintable cloth if you wish for skin colored forms)  plop the beginning form into a bowl coated in some sort of grease, so you can take it off the bowl and one at a time (on both sides) imprint your chest on the top part as to be custom fitted! Wait for it to set
Step 4) Paint if wished, trim with an exactoknife or any razor wns make it truly custom!
(haven't tried yet, seems extremely feesible)

Cmon' you guys! Post your ideas! No one judges here!

Not sure what are after Brianna,

My boobs are my boobs. My make up? I went to a make up class and learned it, then did it by practice. My style is on going. I'm a normal woman, just do stuff day by day, same as every other woman.

Brianna.

I can see what you're talking about. I don't have any ideas myself, but am really pleased to hear about yours.

As you can see, our Cindy, for example, doesn't have too many problems in that area. :D

I have made my own breast forms using a tutorial on youtube.

Its a variation of the balloon method you posted above, all the supplies can be had at walmart for around $10.

I also use the silicone and cloth type 'water push up pads' available at Target and walmart in the lingerie section.

Also the 'two times sexy' bras from Target are great, they are so heavily padded that I don't need inserts and can create great cleavage. With these I would go down a cup size from whatever you normally use, ie I normally wear 36C but use 36B in these.

While this is not DIY another thing I highly recommend is the low cost shapewear available at Target/Walmart, especially the 'Torsette' and waist cinchers.  These can really help to feminize your figure and make it easier to pull off outfits that you otherwise would not be able to.

BTW I have also tried to make my own hip / butt pads using a similar method to the youtube video linked above for making breastforms.  I was never able to get the shape quite right and get them to stay in place though where they look natural when walking.

I highly recommend the 'hipee' padded panties from bubbles body wear http://www.lovemybubbles.com/padded-hip-butt-panties.shtml

They have a uniquely shaped pad which curves around to add hips and butt with only 1 pad which makes it look very natural even when moving.  Having a little extra 'junk in the trunk' definitely makes it easier to look good in tight jeans and padding the hips will offset wide shoulders giving an overall more feminine silhouette.

Whoops,

Maybe a thread I should not be on. I see what you mean Brianna, good luck. I don't have any useful info in this area :-*.

Except: if you want to learn make up take lessons, many places do them for young woman, just go. If you want to buy clothes buy them, ask if you can try them on. If you don't know your bra size go to a bra shop and get measured, they are totally used to it BTW. People in shops want to sell things, full stop. If you are polite they will be over you like a rash and help you and support you etc. They want your money, they do not give a damn about your guilty or nervous feelings.

The last time I went clothes shopping, about a week ago, I happened to be in guy mode. I saw the outfit in my avatar, and asked this is a small do you have a medium? The assistant looked at me and just said, I reckon the small will fit, go and try it on. The I tried the leggings but she came back and said I have these tight pants that will look better try them on. Three times the price of course.

No one batted an eyelid, no other customer, anyone.

Just do it.

(Not condenscending or being harsh, as you not have read my intro) I have essentially a womans body! I even have tbe "junk in the trunk", but with the "package" and no breasts. I also happen to have long hair for males (and even long nails).

At the first reply you made) So you made that video! I watch all these CD help and tips videos never thinking I would ever meet them! Also mine wax loosely based off yours, I just added the idea of putting it in a bowl with more silicone to make bigger breastforms.

Hehe, you are lucky then!  I am a distance runner so I have very little fat on my lower half, can always use a little more junk in the trunk/hips to balance out my upper half   ;)

>Do you happen to know an alternative to chaulk in the breastforms? I was thinking bag of jell-o glued to the shape.

Brianna, it won't let me reply to your PM since I dont have enough posts yet..

what is the chalk used for?  I have never used it, I just use silicone
  •

Oinoss

Chaulk not Chalk, difference is that chalk is a rocky, dusty stick used by old teachers who drag nails on the board :P Chaulk is basically a different composition of silicone.

Off-topic) Are people under age 18 allowed posting videos on Susans? There will be no showing of undergarments. Its mainly just to show people that answer questions related to my body size. (I will probably put it up on my signature, link form)

Edit: Also shoe, if you want we could discuss other possible tips for looking feminine - because I have some ideas that might work on your hip pads
  •

shoegaze

Oh ok you meant caulk (thats the spelling I'm familiar with)

Jell-o/gelatin would probably not be good since it spoils quickly, especially when it is warm.  You could use other gelling thickeners though like Carbomer or one of the cellulose thickeners (HEC Ethyl HydroxyEthylCellulose or HPMC HydroxyPropylMethylCellulose).  You can find those at some art supply stores and they will create a gel like Jell-o which won't spoil easily.

And sure I am always up for tips about looking feminine =)

Until i was twenty my hips were wider than my shoulders, 32, 24,37 , long disapointed sigh.....    shouldn`t have chickened out .....  ANYWAY, here`s some of mine, shoulder pads, my shoulders are too big now, rip  them out, sew them thick sides together, stuff them in your pantyhose, freeeeee hip enhancement,  also if you have a moulded butt shaper, youcan use them for a bit more boost,  btw, if you see my butt tell it to go home, i miss it.   Another tip, waist cinchers, and body shapers, I m too small for most of them to do much,  so i buy the small cincher, and have a sewing place, take them in a bit, usally straight up the center, then for maximium effect, i wear a wider one over a narrower one , plasticfood wrap, and or ducttape, work too ,wrap first then tape, beathing optional.

I had an idea for cheap breast "shapes". It involves making a paper cone with a rounded tip, painted to skin color.

I have also set-up a CD-related email address: BriannaZomg@gmail.com (Admins if this is not allowed remove to your liking! Hesistation/consent is not needed!)

For breast forms, the old bird (canary) seed in knee highs is working well for me atm, Though I am planning to experiment with silicone and plaster of paris.. Plaster for the moulds of course...

I once used breastforms made with large party baloons and hair gel as filler.
