i dont know if this happens to you but i keep on being used as a stepping stone from dating guys to girls. i really hate being a straight girls experiment.

i feel like no matter who i date straight bi lesbian. they all want a girl and im a guy. also when ever i tell a class mate or friend about a girl who likes me or i am in a relationship with they always have a confused look on their faces and say something to the effect of "i thought she was straight..." or "is she bi?"

do any other FTM guys have the same problem with dating? and other peoples disbelief that a straight girl might like a trans guy?

I've had a similar experience with a couple girls. I was really young though and I was a stepping stone to them dating other guys. We were about 12-early teens and took playing house a lot further than most kids. Our roles playing house transfered to real life. I was completely ok with it and found it affirming.

i am a straight girl and my partner is transgendered. when we met she was just going under lesbian altho she didnt like to and i didnt either. over time she had the top surgery and now is going to do the t. i still love my partner no matter what happens. i think you just need to find that right person and to be honest, when it comes to love, everyone is an experiement, lgbt or straight! you will find someone dont give up- just keep your confidence and you will attract the right one- i am a woman who is not in the least bit turned on by a woman of any kind, theres not a lesbian bone in my body and my partner and i have great straight sex- it works out it will for u too

But you call him 'she'? I'm sorry, I don't quite understand how you can see your partner as completely male, yet call him by female pronouns all of the time.

As for the topic, I'm into guys, so I'm not much help, but I've dated a 'bi' guy who I now believe is totally straight, and spent the whole time seeing me as female. Massive downer, and it makes me shudder to think of myself being someone's 'girlfriend'.
