Izumi  this is nothing short of amazing and inspiring..

On an unrelated note, you look great for being 2 years in and starting at age 32.. I'm 31 and I've got some concerns that I might already be too late to start. Could I chat with you sometime?

I started at 39 and now I'm 40. It is never too late to start living the life you were meant to have. You still have decades of life ahead of you.

i once have this same obsession and came close to begin corseting even though being small i probably have no real issues other then gg ribcage envy

however the reason i post is after having breast augmentaion and once that settled in, my torso seems really natural and just like a girls.

Its about proportion eventually i think the new breasts helps lots with that

Lexia,

C&S Constructions as I mentioned before is based in england. They're one of the premier corsettiers in the world and at $400 for all the bells and whistles and reasonably quickly turn aound time, I think it's well worth every penny (otherwise I wouldn't have purchased 4 in my past corsetting life!)
Constance and stuart, if you were wondering was c and s stood for.

Thanks for the commendation in the prior message on another topic :-)
Hi Rabbits
Money is so tight (no pun intended :P) for me, the hell of saving so I can get the discount for laser.
I've had a look here http://www.staylace.com/retail/cands/c&s.htm, I have to give this off the peg one a go again because of money constraints, and slowly slowly I shall go :)

You are more than welcome about the commendation :)

I don't plan on popping my clogs till I'm 90, so 23 or 36 I might have had more hair on my head at 23, the only time I really wish I could have given myself HRT is early teens, and maybe late teens.  Regrets after that are for time lost and youth.

Hi
I was thinking about that problem and I'm pleased that I'm not alone and it can be solved
I have "almost ideal figure" 36x27x34 but but that 36 is rib cage so I look like a cartoon hero with giant chest  :-\ luckily I have narrow shoulders and thin hands
What is the best way to begin with tightening?
I'm pre HRT, I will have some medical check next week according it

QuoteI somehow don't think the biggest problem will be the chest, it will be the shoulders.

I agreed. It would be pointless to reduce rib cage diameter (same with increasing breast size), if the chest diameter remains unchanged due to the shoulder width. In that case, the reduction of the neck diameter would result in more feminine look (due to more distinctive difference between the 2 areas), it always help to appear feminine by making the buttock diameter bigger by artificial mean.

Although it is a fact that you can make your butt bigger naturally ;)

Workout, a lot, follow a diet routine provided by a trainer who knows about these things and he'll help you achieve a nicer butt :P

I'm going to start a little bit of tightlacing when I'm mostly healed from my FFS.  I don't want to go too extreme though, I'm 35-30-41 and would like to lose a few inches off the lower end of my ribcage (to improve the shape) and my waist.

I got my corset from Timeless Trends.  It seems to be good quality and wasn't terribly expensive (around $110 if I remember).

Regarding tightlacing itself, I was kind of curious - how do you determine how tight is just right?  I tried to wear it at night a few times before and ended up taking it off after about 4 hours and throwing it across the room, but I think I probably had it a little too tight :P

I've thought of tight lacing too so I can get some shape besides fat blob. I'm wondering though if there if you have to be thin to start with less you do some sort of damage.

You don't have to be thin to lace but a larger corset does cost more.  And the mere act of lacing has never caused anyone to lose weight.  These days I find lacing to be so uncomfortably hot, but then, even preHRT, I seldom laced throughout summer!
