904 - Try doing a low carb diet combined with cardio. I am by NO MEANS an expert or even close to, but I did this for a short time as recommended to me by my doctor and lost like 7 pounds in a week and a half. Word of caution though....once you add carbs back in to your diet, you WILL gain the weight back. TRUST ME. If you add a little bit back in, you should be okay, but if you suddenly go back to eating a regular diet it will come right back. Low carb diets you can still eat a lot of stuff. I am not sure if you are vegetarian...it prob won't work for you then. It's not a particularly healthy diet, but it is much better than starving yourself imo. Almost all meat is 0 carbs or close to. A lot of veggies are very low. You can find a low carb high protein drink mix at walmart for like $15 for 2lbs that actually tastes pretty darn good mixed with just water. You can pretty much still eat whatever, but in reason. You will also want to try and keep your meals consisant throughout the day....like every 3-4 hours. By low carb, I mean keeping it like under 100-120 per day. So maybe like 15 breakfast, 15 snack, 30 lunch, 15 snack, 30 dinner, 15 snack. That actually doesn't seem right to me (my breakdown) but whatever. Also, if you don't use it you loose it. So if you eat a breakfast with 10 carbs instead of 15, you cannot tack the 5 on someplace else.
You may have to try different kinds of diets to see what works for your body. The best thing is diet and working out. Stay away from all those pill things and gimmicks if you can. Try and make small changes. If you drive, park your car a little further away from the entrance or try and walk places if you can. Take the stairs, etc.
