Im on spiro twice a day nd estrodial twice a day nd medroxyprogesterone once daily. Is it a good idea to split the dosage up instead of taking..the spiro nd estrodial nd medroxy together in the morning nd spiro nd estro together, at the same time, in the afternoon? I read where someone took spiro 15 mins b4 estrodial. So my question is..should each medicine have different times to be taken..instead of alltogether at the same time..or does it matter?

Ask your pharmacist how they should best be taken.  They'll know.  I'm on Suprefact, Estrace and Prometrium.  The Prometrium says "take on an empty stomach", and the Estrace says "Take with food".  So sometimes if I forget and eat something at the wrong time, I then have to wait to take the Prometrium, and it delays a meal sometimes.  Big pain in the butt (which isn't getting much bigger yet, but it's only a month and a half so far, lol...)

I haven't heard anywhere that it makes a difference what order you take the pills, and my pharmacist, who I see daily at work, has never mentioned it either.
I take finasteride, sprio, and estradiol when I wake up, estadiol and spiro at lunch, estadiol when I get home and a 4th estradiol when I go to sleep for the night. I hope to get my medroxy switched to prometrium and my estradiol switch to the injectibles this coming Tuesday.

It's not going to make a single bit of difference.  Your body is used to absorbing multiple stuff simultaneously.
