Hello all!! I figured it is time to properly introduce myself I have lurked around here for a long while. My name is Gabrielle and I am 20 year old a male to female transsexual. Since I was 11 I felt like I was born wrong and like most I just repressed it the best I could fearing how I would be received. That is all but gone now I have been seeing a therapist who has really helped me to discover myself and later this month I get to start HRT I am so excited.
Just this past week I went to my sisters wedding as my true self, I have never been so happy as I was that day. I was only referred to as the girl I am which brought me to tear on several occasions. I am so happy that I have a family that accepts me for me. I couldn't have asked for more.... well unless being born a girl was on there.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
