After 2.5 years of HRT and first spiro then cyproterone, I haven't really lost a lot of muscle mass or strength. I did see a small decline in my arm strength, particularly working in the yard and hauling things to the curb. My stamina is about where it's always been, but I've also been walking a five-mile route two or three nights a week. I'm proud to say at almost 53 years of age, I can do those five miles in one hour, or a 12-minute mile.
Now, can anyone help me gain the discipline necessary to lose some weight? Another 20 pounds would make me feel a lot better, I'm certain. 😀
