What is the best way to clean and dry my bras?

I machine wash mine, as my mother did.  But I air dry the padded ones.  The heat from a dryer causes the elastic to prematurity fail.

If one can hand washing in warm water and a mild detergent is best.

I wore bras when I was presenting as female, only when I was very young. Sports bras (the ones with no cups, usually for jogging) can be tossed in the washer and the dryer with no problem. However, I assume that you mean cup bras. Ones with metal in them, you don't want to put in the washing machine. You can spot wash them, but if you really want to get it clean, I would suggest soaking/ manipulating in a sink full of water and laundry soap (like a washing machine) then rinse well and hang dry. Washers and driers will cause them to get holes and the metal pieces around the cups to come out/ scratch you.

I hope that helps!

I handwash mine, usually while I'm showering, then gently squeeze out excess water, then hang up to dry. Washer and dryer when I used to use them in the past, tore the hell out of my bras.

I usually only use a pull over bra that is similar to a sports bra or trainer as I ain't packin much but for dilacates I have this mesh bag that I put them in and then just throw that in the washing machine! boom done.... I'm lazy. But it's safe!  8)

I put mine on my head and go swimming     Yeah right  ::)

But seriously, I hand wash my underwire bras and machine wash my bralettes and sports bras... They all hang dry  :)
