-This seemed like a better idea than my last post.

Anyone from Southern Ontario Canada who has a doctor that is trans friendly and accepting new patients? Or anyone know how to find a trans friendly doctor in Southern Ontario? I've tried this Canadian lgbt website for health care providers, but the only person even listed in my city is my psychologist :| and the only doctor listed refuses to accept anyone outside the city. I'm done with my doctor, we are not compatible and to be blunt, she's not a good doctor. I'm worried about seeing doctor after doctor and having the possibility of being mistreated. I mean it's one thing to ask to be accepted by a doctor, but it's another thing to have them actually treat you with respect, and kindness, and not different than any other man who walks in there. I've had this doctor for 13+ years so I've never done this before.

Do you need an endo, or just a family doctor? I can't help you with family doctor, since I see one through my university. I have an endo, but he doesn't really have much trans experience at all.

I know someone who had good luck with McMaster Family Practice, (http://mcmasterfamilypractice.ca/), but I'm not still in contact with him so I don't know exactly who he saw.

I got an endo, it's mostly trouble with a family doctor, that and I still can't find a therapist. I can only see my psychologist so many times a year, plus she's never in. If only I lived in Toronto, so many different doctors/therapists listed there.

I'll check that link out, thanks.
