I think DHEA is going good for me. The acne has stopped and my leg hair is starting to darken slightly. It's not totally blonde and unnoticeable anymore.

I thought they took these pills off the shelves.
I hope it's a bit different then the original DHEA.  I quit taking the original pills because of the liver damage reports.  I have had enough Motrin while in the military with my bad knees that I didn't need extra risk on my liver.
You guys taking the pills now, please be careful and keep up with the medical reports.

Apparently they're using this pill for a ton of stuff now... cancer prevention, anti aging, renewed sex drive. I've been doing some reading and it seems safe, thanks for the warning though, jigsaw. I'll make a point of keeping up on the research.

Or inside the wall behind a piece of molding in your room.

When I wanted to hide things I'd tape them under the lowest shelves in room, or cut open my mattress and hide it there. My mum never noticed and she frequently went through my stuff as well. I also used to cut open teddy bears and hide things in them. There are so many hiding places when you get creative.

The door to my room is hallow. On the top I cut out a section and duct taped a bag on the inside to drop things in. Never thought about sticking somethin in a stuffed animal. That would have been so much easier XD

Yeah, I've actually read good things about ciswomen taking DHEA. This thread at bodybuilding.com references a few interesting studies: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=124823791

I could use some extra muscle, so I think I'm gonna snag a bottle on Amazon and see what it does. I'll post here if I notice any changes.

I started a body building progress threat that I plan to update once a week, so that might be an interesting look into the use/ effects over a period of time. I figured that might be a good long term before and after for those who are interested.

Bumping this thread to post an update...

It's been 8 weeks since I started taking DHEA and my body seems to love this stuff. I started seeing new eyebrows and facial hair by the second day. My arm hair exploded shortly after that and now my forearms are almost completely covered. Chest and stomach hair is still peach fuzz, but there's a ton more of it. It's finally started getting darker this last week, so maybe I'm close to having real hair there too. The hair growth has been really weird like that - like all of a sudden a huge patch of hair pops up in a new area.

Unfortunately, my workouts have been too inconsistent to see much muscle growth, but it does seem like it's easier to build muscle when I do lift. And the muscles I do get are...umm...harder, I guess. I don't know how to explain that one - they just feel different than before when I'd workout. My skin's also become rougher and doesn't dry out as easily, which is awesome since I was going through bottles of lotion because of the dry climate here.

All in all, I'm happy with the small changes and will probably keep taking the DHEA until I get on real T later this year. My results may not be typical, though, so I'm not saying it'll work for anyone else. I'm older than a lot of you guys (36) and DHEA is recommended more for people over 35 because our bodies stop producing it as we age. I've also long suspected that I have unusually high testosterone and my body's reaction to the DHEA seems to confirm that (or maybe my body's more sensitive to the T it does get...something like that). Ok, that was a really long-winded way to say YMMV.  :P
